我从事书法学习和研究至今已60多年了。回忆起多年来从事书法创作的经历,对我书法观念和实践影响最大的就是恩师沈延毅先生。沈老为北碑大家,家学渊博,性格耿介,器宇轩昂,话锋犀利。书法成就以北魏龙门石窟笔法融入行草为最,跌宕起伏,出神入化。他对书法入木三分的评论,他书写时跳转腾挪的用笔,都对我产生了潜移默化的影响。特别是沈老自撰诗“书法固求精,书中贵有我。临池大半生,至今未觉可”中所表达的探索书法品格
