[目的/意义]在Web2.0的大环境下,与虚拟参考咨询服务功能相似的社会化问答平台应运而生并日渐繁荣,研究其成功之处有助于图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的可持续发展。[方法/过程]对社会化问答平台与图书馆虚拟参考咨询的国内外研究进行文献回顾,在此基础上选取国内外具有代表性的四大SQA平台,即以百度知道和Yahoo Answers为代表的第一代网络问答平台和以知乎和Quora为代表的第二代社交问答平台为研究对象,对其问答模式、信息组织模式、用户互动与管理模式进行归纳总结,再将图书馆虚拟参考网站与研究对象进行对比试验。[结果/结论]根据调查社会化问答平台归纳总结的特性和对比试验研究的结果对图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务提出建议。
[Purpose / Significance] Under the environment of Web2.0, a social question and answer platform with similar functions as the virtual reference service came into being and flourished gradually. It is helpful to study the sustainability of the library’s virtual reference service development of. [Methods / Processes] The article reviews the domestic and foreign researches on the social question and answer platform and the library virtual reference service. Based on this, we choose four representative SQA platforms at home and abroad, that is, Baidu know and Yahoo Answers The first generation of Q & A platform and the second generation of Q & A platform based on Zhihuo and Quora as the research object, summarized its question and answer mode, information organization mode, user interaction and management mode, and then put the virtual reference website Contrast with the research object. [Results / Conclusion] Based on the characteristics summarized in the survey of social question and answer platform and the results of comparative experimental study, suggestions on library virtual reference service were proposed.
