九味茶对高血压病合并空腹血糖受损患者胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

目的:观察九味茶对高血压病合并空腹血糖受损患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将101例高血压病合并空腹血糖受损患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用九味茶治疗加健康管理干预,对照组单纯采用健康管理干预。通过监测、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素、血脂等指标,应用稳态模式评估公式HOMA-IR计算胰岛素抵抗指数,了解九味茶对代谢综合征高危人群胰岛素抵抗指数的影响。结果:治疗组治疗后收缩压、总胆固醇、空腹血糖均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),而对照组较前无明显下降(P>0.05);组间比较,治疗组收缩压、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白及HOMA-IR等指标均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高血压病合并空腹血糖受损患者在基础治疗同时加用九味茶治疗,可改善胰岛素抵抗。 Objective: To observe the effect of nine flavors tea on insulin resistance in patients with hypertension and impaired fasting glucose. Methods: A total of 101 patients with hypertension complicated with impaired fasting glucose were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with nine flavors of tea plus health management intervention, and the control group with health management intervention alone. The insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated by using the steady-state model to evaluate the influence of the herbal medicine on the insulin resistance index of high-risk groups with metabolic syndrome by monitoring, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin and blood lipid. Results: After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose of the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the control group before treatment (P> 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose , Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Hypertensive patients with impaired fasting glucose may also improve insulin resistance by adding nine flavors of tea in the same time.
