近日,在土地一级开发热点与实务研讨会上,国土资源部土地利用司副司长束克欣透露:“我国的不动产税已经在研究当中,征收办法一旦出台,那些买别墅、住低密度住宅和买了几套房的,就得考虑合适不合适了。” 与此相呼应的是,国家税务总局副局长王力也在较早前向外界传达出相关信息。他表示,目前对于投资性和投机性的住房要加以限制,而对于居民个人自用房的交易按规定给予税收优惠政策。这两大部门的同时表态,说明自去年以来开始以税收调控房地产市场手段,对于稳定市场价格的波动起到的相当的大的效果,因此运用税收手段调控房地产渐趋在政府部门内达成共识。
