伞齿轮在汽车、拖拉机、坦克等各种车辆的驱动机构中大量使用,因此产量很大,但目前都是用模锻制造毛坯。由于锻件径向尺寸较大,锻件变形力大,需要大型的模锻设备。锻出的工伴还有较大的飞边,如第二汽车制造厂生产EQ140汽车后桥从动伞齿轮锻坯,使用了12000吨热模锻压力机,锻件飞边有5kg重,相当于锻件重量的20%,增加了原材料的消耗,仅这一项每年就要多消耗600~700吨20MnVB钢材。为了克服普通模锻生产伞齿轮毛坯的缺点,可以使用辗扩新工艺,该工艺能制造出没有飞边的伞齿轮坯,而且精度较高,所以这项新工艺对于伞齿制造具有非常可观的经济效益。伞齿轮坯辗扩成形工艺的工步:镦粗→预锻制坯→冲连皮→辗扩。辗扩成形如图1所示。将预制好的坯料放在驱动辊和芯辊之间,驱动辊连续转动和下压
