构建一套合理的绩效考核体系,科学地评价教学部门及教师的工作实绩,是充分调动教学工作人员积极性,最大限度地激发其潜能的关键环节。沧州医学高等专科学校实施了“五位一体”岗位目标管理责任与考核办法,对教师教学工作的绩效考核进行了有益的探索。
Constructing a reasonable performance appraisal system and scientifically evaluating the performance of teaching departments and teachers is a key link that fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of teaching staff and maximizes their potentials. Cangzhou Medical College implemented a “five in one ” job objectives and management responsibilities and assessment methods, the teaching of teachers’ performance appraisal conducted a useful exploration.
