为解决火力发电厂输煤系统作业场所空气中煤尘危害问题,我们进行了现场调查、测定并分析了输煤系统空气中粉尘污染状况及来源,在此基础上研制了输煤系统的防尘装置并进行了现场实验和评价。结果显示,研制的无动力减压自动加湿防尘装置,在运行期间使作业场所粉尘浓度从45.0~69.7 mg/m3下降至1.5~6.0 mg/m3。防尘效果显著,投资少,节约能源,值得推广使用。
