目的观察根管内吸收前牙残根残冠石英纤维桩修复的临床效果。方法选择2006—2008年济南市口腔医院109例患者的110颗有根管内吸收的前牙残根残冠,经过完善的根管治疗后,随机分为试验组(采用石英纤维桩修复)和对照组(采用铸造金属桩修复),每组55颗患牙,治疗后随访2年,观察两组桩核脱落、折断及基牙折断的情况。结果试验组患牙桩核脱落1颗,纤维桩折断1颗,无基牙根折发生;对照组患牙桩核脱落6颗,桩核折断1颗,基牙根折7颗。两组患牙桩核脱落率(1.82%对10.91%)、基牙根折率(0对12.73%)相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的疗效高于对照组。结论石英纤维桩在根管内吸收前牙残根残冠修复中是一种较理想的桩核修复体,不易根折,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of root canal resurfacing resurfacing crown fiber post. Methods One hundred and ten residual anterior residual root crowns with 109 cases in Jinan Stomatological Hospital were selected from Jinan Stomatological Hospital from 2006 to 2008. After complete root canal treatment, they were randomly divided into experimental group (using quartz fiber post-repair) and The control group (cast metal post repair), each group of 55 teeth, followed up for 2 years after treatment, the two groups of detachment, fracture and abutment fracture. Results In the test group, 1 tooth stump exfoliated, 1 fiber stump broken, and no root abutment root flexion occurred. In the control group, 6 stumps were detached, 1 stump core fracture and 7 root abutment fractures. There was significant difference between the two groups (1.82% vs 10.91%) and root abutment (0 vs 12.73%) (P <0.05). The curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The quartz fiber post is an ideal post-core restoration in the root canal residual crown remodeling which is absorbed by the root canal. It is not easy to root fracture, which deserves clinical application.
