2009年8月,为创新服务模式,三一重工开启了为期3个月的“见证品质·感恩客户”大型服务增值活动。此次大型服务增值活动,三一重工共派出了由研发、生产、营销、质保和服务等多个部门的60人组成的专家队伍,配合公司1000多名驻地服务工程师,奔赴全国,对遍布各地的数万台三一泵送设备进行全方位体检和维护保养。同时,服务活动还将根据100余家钻石级客户的不同情况和需求,量身定制超过1000名技术人员关于设备保养维护、设备管理以及操作技能等方面的培训计划。整个活动预计投入资金超过2000万元人民币。目前,此项活动正如火如荼地进行,本刊将密切关注此次活动并进行跟踪报道。
