SPECT/CT因其不仅能够提供SPECT功能成像信息,而且可以提供诊断级的CT影像资料,大幅度地提高了核医学显像诊断的灵敏度和特异度,所以已经广泛应用于冠心病的诊断。结合冠状动脉钙化积分与核素心肌灌注显像检测结果可以作出最优的预后诊断,同时也有助于对潜在冠心病患者的筛查诊断与治疗工作。而且在用于诊断有明显冠心病症状但是核素心肌灌注显像结果不明确的患者时,可能会比单独的核素心肌灌注显像检查提供更多的诊断信息,并在这种情况下帮助医师树立诊断信心。作者就此方面的研究进展作一综述。
SPECT / CT has been widely used in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease because it can not only provide imaging information of SPECT function, but also provide diagnostic level of CT image data and greatly improve the sensitivity and specificity of nuclear medicine imaging diagnosis. Combined with coronary artery calcification score and myocardial perfusion imaging test results can make the best prognosis diagnosis, but also help to potential coronary heart disease screening diagnosis and treatment. And when used in patients diagnosed with overt coronary heart disease but not with nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging, it may provide more diagnostic information than single nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging and in this case help Physicians establish diagnostic confidence. The author summarizes the research progress in this aspect.
