目的 探讨一些特殊类型子宫肌瘤的二维图像及彩色多普勒血流图特点 ,从而与其它有类似表现的疾病相鉴别。方法 用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查并筛选特殊表现子宫肌瘤 1 6 3例 ,并与病理相对照。结果 用彩色多普勒超声检查 1 6 3例 ,诊断符合率为 97.5 % (1 5 9/1 6 3) ,误诊 4例。结论 特殊的子宫肌瘤由于表现较复杂 ,容易误诊 ,但彩色多普勒超声检查可提高诊断正确率
Objective To explore the characteristics of two-dimensional images and color Doppler flowgraphy of some special types of uterine fibroids, so as to distinguish them from other similar diseases. Methods The color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine and screen for the special manifestations of uterine fibroids in 136 cases, and compared with the pathology. Results Totally 136 cases were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.5% (15 59/1 63), and 4 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Special uterine fibroids due to the performance of more complex, easy to misdiagnosis, but color Doppler ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy
