随着大型起重机在工程中的使用,为加强结构的整体性,加快工程进度,方便施工,在可能的情况下,装配式结构构件应当尽量减少分段数量。这样,高大工业厂房的细长钢筋混凝土柱的吊装问题就被提出来了。施工中这种柱常需翻身和移位,以便在地面上完成钢牛腿的焊接等工作,减少高空作业。钢筋混凝土细长柱吊装的首要问题是如何确定最佳吊点,本文介绍我们的选择方法。
With the use of large cranes in the project, in order to strengthen the structural integrity, speed up the progress of the project and facilitate the construction, if possible, fabricated structural members should minimize the number of segments. In this way, the lifting problem of slender reinforced concrete columns in tall industrial plants was raised. In construction, such columns often need to turn over and shift to complete the welding of steel ox legs on the ground and reduce work at heights. The primary issue with lifting slender columns for reinforced concrete is how to determine the best point of suspension. This article describes our selection method.
