编码员是关乎医院经济和数据的重要岗位人员,是医院编码的终末环节和保证编码准确性的关键岗位,一支经过规范化培养的编码员队伍是保障县级医院编码质量的前提。目前县级医院的编码员培养存在一定弊端,比如缺乏专职编码员队伍、对编码员培养重视不足和培养模式落后。县级医院通过设立专职编码员队伍、制定和实施编码员培养方案、改进教学模式进而提升培训效果,以及加强与上级医院编码员交流等综合措施,才能够既符合编码员职业生涯发展规律,真正保证县级医院编码质量,又符和医院精细化发展需要,并在未来县级医院能够达到医药卫生体制改革中医保总额预付费制度的要求。
