本文从系统论、信息论、控制论的方法论出发,强调了有意义测量系统和“随机、重复、局部控制”三试验原则对减少数据的不确定度并增加其信息含量及社会共享价值的作用;介绍了近期才发展起来的以组合设计试验理论为基础的多元二次(也可为三次)回归旋转试验方法;并以轮胎一路面问题为例,说明了该方法能统一考虑试验设计及用电子计算机进行数据处理、建立数学模型、统计检验、模拟分析并可计算出各参数或性能指标的控制、预报精度,初步探讨了该方法在全面揭示地面机器系统的众多参量的内在联系和复杂规律方面的应用办法及前景。
