在研究口部带凸缘套管类零件的成形方法的基础上,结合冷挤压、冷冲压和镦粗等成形工艺,对多种可行的成形工艺方案进行综合分析。在口部带凸缘套管类零件冷挤压成形中,针对实心毛坯提出了多种工艺方案,并对各种方案存在的问题进行了对比分析,提出相应的预防及改进措施。改进的冷挤压工艺方案被应用到凸缘套管类零件的实际生产中,结果能对同类零件的成形工艺起到一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the study of the forming methods of flanged casing with mouth, combining with the forming processes such as cold extrusion, cold stamping and upsetting, a variety of feasible forming process schemes are comprehensively analyzed. In the process of cold extrusion of flanged bushing with mouth part, a variety of process schemes are put forward for solid billet, and the problems existing in various schemes are compared and analyzed. The corresponding prevention and improvement measures are put forward. The improved cold extrusion process scheme is applied to the actual production of the flange bushing type parts, the result can be a reference for the forming process of similar parts.
