建立合理而有效的补偿机制,是深化医院改革,提高社会经济效益的中心环节。本文分析了非等价医疗补偿模式的缺陷,并从探讨医疗补偿的内、外环境入手,提出改革医疗补偿的途径,以进一步理顺和完善我国社会主义初级阶段的医疗补偿机制。
Establishing a reasonable and effective compensation mechanism is a central link in deepening hospital reform and improving social and economic benefits. This paper analyzes the defects of the non-equivalent medical compensation model, and starts from the discussion of the internal and external environment of medical compensation, and proposes ways to reform medical compensation to further rationalize and improve the medical compensation mechanism in the primary stage of socialism in China.
