受到思想观念落后、企业利益与风险不成比例以及政府部门扶持不到位等因素影响,高校在校企合作育人中出现了较大的难题。为了更好地完成人才培养工作,提出“三互”机制,形成“双主体”来完成协调育人。所谓的“三互”即校企联姻、校企互动、校企互评,而“双主体”是指学校与企业协调育人,从而有效解决校企合作中存在的难题。
Influenced by such factors as the backward ideas, the disproportionate interests and risks of the enterprises and the inadequate support by the government, colleges and universities have a big problem in the education of school-enterprise cooperation. In order to better complete the work of personnel training, put forward the “three mutual” mechanism, the formation of “dual subject ” to complete the coordination of education. The so-called “three mutual ” that is, the school-enterprise marriage, school-enterprise interaction, school-enterprise mutual evaluation, and “double subject ” refers to the school and enterprise coordinated education, so as to effectively solve the problems in school-enterprise cooperation.
