在1L半连续搅拌槽式反应器中研究甲烷水合物生成过程,结果表明:在压力5.0MPa、温度274.4K条件下,合理的搅拌速率为320rpm,搅拌时间为30min;同时,得出合理的装料系数为0.289的结论。经核算,该反应器生产含气率为12.4%的甲烷水合物的生产能力为1.06kg·d-1。此外,用反应器空速表达水合速率,结果表明:实验的反应器空速为0.189Vg·VR-1·min-1。
The methane hydrate formation process was studied in a 1L semi-continuous stirred tank reactor. The results showed that the reasonable stirring rate was 320rpm and the stirring time was 30min at the pressure of 5.0MPa and the temperature of 274.4K. At the same time, The material coefficient of 0.289 conclusion. After calculation, the reactor produced methane gas hydrate production rate of 12.4% 1.06kg · d-1.
