生产管理的作用,一方面是根据公司的订单任务,按期为顾客提供符合要求的产品;另一方面,对人员、设备、物料、作业方法、作业环境、安全等实施管理,确保生产的低成本、高效率、安全快捷,以实现企业“为股东创造利润、向社会提供好的产品、保证企业和员工共同发展”的基本经营理念。提高生产现场管理的效率,最主要的是发挥一线主管的作用,提高他们现场管理的水平和责任心是关键。本文结合笔者的工作实现,谈谈提高生产现场管理水平的一些思路和做法。
