运用体外培养的新生鼠大脑神经细胞来观察脑活素及神经肽对其的影响,并测量突起长度及胞径,与对照组进行统计学处理。结果表明,脑活素组及神经肽组对体外培养的大脑神经神细胞均有促进作用,尤其在培养的前1 周明显,且神经肽的作用优于脑活素的作用。通过实验室的研究间接论证了脑活素及神经肽对神经系统疾病的临床治疗价值。
The effects of cerebrolysin and neuropeptide were observed by using cultured neonatal rat brain neurons. The length and cell diameter of the protuberances were measured, and the results were compared with that of the control group. The results showed that cerebrolysin group and neuropeptide group can promote neuronal cells cultured in vitro, especially in the first week of culture, and the effect of neuropeptide is superior to that of cerebrolysin. Through laboratory studies indirect demonstration of cerebrolysin and neuropeptide clinical value of the nervous system diseases.
