融合通信服务作为中国移动应对OTT类业务冲击的举措,其实质和难点并非在于业务层面的整合,而是整个价值链的整合。要实现这一最终目标,需要的是中移动跳出传统电信运营商的思维模式。今年的世界移动通信大会期间,中国移动在GTI(全球TD-LTE发展倡议论坛)上发布了《下一代融合通信白皮书》,希望由运营商主导实现终端软硬件和移动互联网体验的融合。此话一出,便迅速引发了业界的多种解读。
As a move of China Mobile to deal with the impact of OTT business, the essence and difficulty of converged communication service lies not in the integration of the business level but in the integration of the entire value chain. To achieve this ultimate goal, what is needed is a paradigm shift in which CM moves beyond traditional telecom operators. During this year’s World Mobile Congress, China Mobile released the “White Paper on Next Generation Converged Communications” at GTI (Global TD-LTE Development Initiative Forum), hoping to bring the convergence of terminal hardware and software and mobile Internet experience to operators. This remark out, it quickly led to a variety of interpretation of the industry.
