德育渗透是法学实践教学的重要内容之一,是培养合格法律人才的必然选择,更是德法并重治国理念的本质要求。当前法学实践教学德育渗透存在认识不到位、机制不健全和评价体系不完善等问题。紧密结合法学实践教学实际,发挥指导教师的师范引领作用,创设良好的法学实践教学环境是实现法学实践教学德育渗透实效性的有效路径。
The infiltration of moral education is one of the important contents of law practice teaching. It is an inevitable choice for training qualified legal personnel. It is also an essential requirement that both Germany and France should give priority to governing the nation. At present, problems such as imperfect understanding, unsound mechanisms and imperfect evaluation system exist in the current law practice teaching. It is an effective way to realize the actual effect of moral education in law practice teaching by closely combining the actual teaching practice of law with law and giving play to the role of teachers in guiding teachers and establishing a good teaching environment of law practice.
