目的:探讨护士工作压力管理与护理质量的相关性。方法:选取我院2011年6月至2014年6月参加研究的100名护士,随机分为观察组和对照组各50名,其中对观察组护士实施工作压力管理,对照组护士采用自我管理;对2组护士所分管的1 600名(每名护士每月抽取2名)患者的护理质量进行评价,比较两组研究对象的护理质量(临床发生的护理不良事件和患者对护理服务的满意度)。结果:观察组发生护理不良事件的发生率(0.75%)明显低于对照组(2.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者对护理的服务满意度(96.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%);护士工作压力管理后,压力评分与临床护理质量呈正相关,与患者满意度呈负相关。结论:对护士工作压力进行管理可以有效提高护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the correlation between job stress management and nursing quality of nurses. Methods: A total of 100 nurses who participated in the study from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 in each group. After the management of work pressure, the score of stress was positively correlated with the quality of clinical nursing and negatively correlated with patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The management of nurses working pressure can effectively improve the quality of care, it is worth to promote the application.
