指出避难硐室防护密闭门密封性能的影响因素,讨论了关键技术工艺设计,包括门框焊接工艺、门体密封面的加工及铰链的焊接工艺。采用振动时效法消除焊接应力,很好地控制焊接变形。对焊接应力消除技术及密封检验工艺等方面进行了研究,提出了采用充气压降方式检测防护密闭门的密封性,实现了密封性能的可量化性,并且可以准确地判定产品密封性能,提高了产品的质量。
The influencing factors of the sealing performance of the airtight chamber protection airtight door are pointed out.
