在建设新农村教育的过程中,上海市基础教育区县对口合作交流是一个重要举措。而在这个举措中,城区选派优秀教师到郊区学校支教,郊区学校选派优秀校长和教师去对口城区挂职锻炼和跟岗培训是一个有力环节。据统计,截止2006年,上海市已经选派154名教师赴郊区支教。同时,郊区也相继选派了109名有培养前途的中青年校长和教师到对口城区挂职锻炼和跟岗培训。又是一个新学期的开始,又是一个新的学习历程的启动。此次话题,我们关注郊区校长、教师去城区学校的挂职锻炼和挂职学习,聚焦他们的收获、他们的学习经验。
