本文首先阐述了研究背景、意义以及研究视角。之后,根据员工流动性的普遍增长,思维的多样化以及自我追求的逐步提升,分析传统的物质激励模式的局限性及管理者面临的全新挑战。第三,引用儒家的经典理论,映射到现代的管理行为中来,深入挖掘其内涵,肯定其对于企业管理的可行性,从有效激励员工行为的角度研究其重要意义。最后,就在现代管理实践中的现象给予建议,以期切实扎根群众,端正管理者的日常行为,引导其树立正面形象,从而用心治业,以德服人,促进社会的和谐发展。
This article first describes the research background, significance and research perspective. After that, according to the general growth of staff mobility, the diversification of thinking and the progressive pursuit of self-improvement, the limitations of traditional material incentive models and the new challenges confronting managers are analyzed. Thirdly, referring to the classical theory of Confucianism, mapping into the modern management behavior, deeply digging its connotation, affirming its feasibility for enterprise management, and studying its significance from the point of view of effectively stimulating employee behavior. In the end, we give some advice on the phenomena in the modern management practice, with a view to effectively rooting the masses and rectifying the daily behavior of the managers and guiding them to establish a positive image so that they can work hard with their virtues and serve the people with virtue to promote the harmonious development of the society.
