本文在隐喻多学科研究的背景下,探究“语法隐喻”的内涵和外延,并在现代认识论构架下进一步阐释语法隐喻理论的根源和意义。语法隐喻并非一个特立独行的概念,它融会了隐喻发展历程的重要理念。语法隐喻属于符号隐喻,与认知概念隐喻互补,来源于符号或概念在认识基本结构中的中介作用。语法隐喻为揭示人作为认识主体能动性地、创造性地认识和建构客观世界提供了新的基于语言的视角。
Under the background of metaphor and multidisciplinary research, this paper explores the connotation and denotation of “grammatical metaphor” and further explains the origin and significance of grammatical metaphor theory under the framework of modern epistemology. Grammatical metaphor is not a maverick concept, it melts the important idea of metaphor development process. Grammatical metaphor belongs to the symbolic metaphor, which is complementary to cognitive conceptual metaphor, and comes from the intermediary role of symbols or concepts in understanding the basic structure. Grammatical metaphor provides a new linguistic perspective for revealing that people, as cognitive subjects, actively and creatively recognize and construct the objective world.
