报告临床观察３０例淋球菌性前列腺炎根据药敏试验结果，选用敏感抗生素治疗，效果满意，治愈２０例，有效９例，无效１例。临床治疗淋球菌前列腺炎不仅要考虑淋菌的药敏，也应考虑Ｌ型淋菌的药敏。多主张选用作用细胞质（如喹诺酮类）或兼有作用细胞质如头孢类的抗生素合用疗效更加满意。
Report of clinical observation of 30 cases of gonococcal prostatitis drug sensitivity test results, the selection of sensitive antibiotics, the results were satisfactory, cured 20 cases, 9 cases effective, 1 case of ineffective.
