目的:评价淫羊藿预防羟基脲致雄大鼠骨质疏松的疗效。方法:采用3月龄SD雄性大鼠24只,随机分为对照组、羟基脲组和羟基脲加中药组。施行相应处理3个月后,对三组大鼠胫骨中段的骨片用图象分析仪进行测算和分析。结果:羟基脲组与对照组比较:密质骨变薄,骨髓腔扩大,出现骨吸收大于形成的骨高转化率。用补阳中药预防的羟基脲组,骨吸收明显地降低,而骨形成的参数不变,出现骨形成大于吸收,保持原有的骨量接近对照组。结论:本文提示补肾中药淫羊藿可预防羟基脲所引起的骨质疏松。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of epimedium in preventing hydroxyurea-induced osteoporosis in male rats. Methods: Twenty-four SD male rats aged 3 months were randomly divided into control group, hydroxyurea group and hydroxyurea plus Chinese medicine group. Three months after the corresponding treatment was performed, the bone slices in the middle tibia of the three groups of rats were measured and analyzed by an image analyzer. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the hydroxyurea group was thinner, the bone marrow cavity was enlarged, and the bone resorption was higher than the formed bone high conversion rate. In the hydroxyurea group, which was prevented by Chinese herbal medicine for replenishing yang, bone resorption was significantly reduced, while the parameters of bone formation remained unchanged, and bone formation was greater than absorption, and the original bone mass was kept close to the control group. Conclusion: This article suggests that Chinese herbal medicine Epimedium can prevent osteoporosis caused by hydroxyurea.
