为了实现建筑系专业顶岗实习工作能长期有条不紊地开展,本文对广州华商职业学院建筑系顶岗实习情况进行研究分析。本文根据2014届、2015届建筑系毕业生顶岗实习情况,以探索与实践为目的进行数据统计分析,从切实的数据反映出教学的质量与人才供需情况,并提出可行的顶岗实习的管理模式,同时为今后人才培养方案的完善提出意见和建议。
In order to achieve the professional internship of architecture department can be carried out in a long and orderly manner, this paper conducts research and analysis on the internship of internship department of Guangzhou Huashang Vocational College. Based on the internship of graduates in 2014 and 2015 Department of Construction, this dissertation conducts the statistical analysis of data for the purpose of exploration and practice, and reflects the quality of teaching and the supply and demand of talents from practical data, and puts forward feasible management model of internship. At the same time, it will put forward opinions and suggestions for the improvement of future personnel training programs.
