在贮木场造材作业中,重力式拋木方案日益受到人们的重视,国内外已出现了多种型式。这类重力抛木机在结构上的一个主要特点就是卸掉输送机牵引机构上的一般承载梁,换上重力抛木用的特殊结构和形状的承载梁。后者的重量比一般的承载梁的为大。承载梁重量的增加势必要增大牵引机构的运行阻力,从而增大牵引机构的拉力(或输送机的牵引力)和电动机的功率。这是重力拋木机存在一个主要问题。只有把这个问题搞清了,才能更好地去评价重力抛木机的应用和发展。
In the storage yard operations, the gravity throwing plan has been paid more and more attention by people. There have been many types at home and abroad. One of the main structural features of this type of gravity throwing machine is to remove the general bearing beam on the conveyor traction mechanism and change the special structure and shape of the bearing beam for gravitational throwing. The weight of the latter is larger than that of a common carrier beam. Increasing the weight of the load beam is bound to increase the operational resistance of the traction mechanism, thereby increasing the pulling force of the traction mechanism (or the traction of the conveyor) and the power of the motor. This is a major problem with gravity throwing machines. Only by clarifying this issue can we better evaluate the application and development of gravity throwing machines.
