目的探讨羊水细胞培养染色体核型分析技术在高危妊娠产前诊断中的应用价值。方法采用原位培养法对431例羊水标本进行细胞培养染色体核型分析。结果 431例标本培养成功429例,培养成功率99.5%,共检出异常核型20例,异常率为4.64%,其中21-三体10例,18-三体4例,13-三体2例,其中13-三体嵌合体一例,其他异常核型4例。结论羊水细胞原位培养法高效、简便和成功率高,对高危孕妇进行羊膜腔穿刺做产前诊断十分必要。
Objective To investigate the value of amniotic fluid cell culture karyotype analysis in the prenatal diagnosis of high-risk pregnancy. Methods The in situ culture method was used to analyze the karyotypes of 431 cases of amniotic fluid in cell culture. Results 421 cases were successfully cultured in 431 cases with a success rate of 99.5%. A total of 20 abnormal karyotypes were detected, with an abnormality rate of 4.64%. Among them, 21 cases had 10 cases of trisomy, 4 cases of 18-trisomy, 13 cases of trisomy 2 Cases, of which 13-trisomy in one case, other abnormal karyotype in 4 cases. Conclusions Amniotic fluid cells in situ culture method is efficient, simple and high success rate. It is necessary to do prenatal diagnosis of high-risk pregnant women by amniocentesis.
