尿毒症患者由于病程较长，并发症多，医疗费用昂贵，它的发病对每一个家庭来说是一种沉重的负担，这无疑会影响到家庭成员的生活质量。尤其是患者的配偶，为此，我们于2002年2月～2003年6月对116例尿毒症患者的配偶进行了生活质量问卷调查，并与52名正常对照者作分析，现将结果报道如下。
