目的富集乙酯型鱼油中的二十碳五烯酸乙酯(EPA-EE)和二十二碳六烯酸乙酯(DHA-EE)。方法用脲包法得到优化条件:脲酯比3∶1,反应温度55℃,包合温度0℃,包合时间9h。结果一次性包合,将EPA-EE和DHA-EE含量从17.0%和13.4%提高到54.2%和21.3%,总含量从30.4%提高到75.5%。结论脲包法可除去乙酯型鱼油中的低不饱和及短碳链脂肪酸,提高EPA-EE和DHA-EE纯度。
Objective To enrich ethyl eicosapentaenoate (EPA-EE) and docosahexaenoic acid ethyl ester (DHA-EE) in ethyl ester oil. Methods The optimal conditions were obtained by urea encapsulation: the ratio of urea ester to 3:1, the reaction temperature of 55 ℃, the inclusion temperature of 0 ℃ and the inclusion time of 9h. The results showed that the content of EPA-EE and DHA-EE increased from 17.0% and 13.4% to 54.2% and 21.3% at one time, and the total content increased from 30.4% to 75.5%. Conclusion The urea-package method can remove the low unsaturated and short-chain fatty acids in ethyl ester oil and improve the purity of EPA-EE and DHA-EE.
