针对采煤机载荷的随机性,调高机构的几何非线性以及单向信息采集的偏差.采用模糊自适应PID控制方法,实现采煤机双向截割滚筒高度的自动跟踪,给出了单向示范刀顶底板数字化模型与模糊自适应PID控制策略,在Matlab/Simulink环境下,对单向示范刀记忆模式的记忆截割曲线跟踪控制进行仿真,并给出误差曲线.仿真结果表明:下行截割曲线跟踪的综合误差近似为顶板数字化转换算法误差和控制系统跟踪误差的叠加.下行顶板数字化转换算法、控制系统算法及其综合误差满足工程要求,可为单向示范刀采煤机记忆调高系统设计提供理论基础.
In view of the randomness of the shearer load, the geometrical nonlinearity of the raising mechanism and the deviation of the unidirectional information acquisition, a fuzzy self-adaptive PID control method is adopted to realize the automatic tracking of the shearer’s bidirectional cutting drum height, Demonstration of digital model of blade top floor and fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy, simulate the tracking control of memory cutting curve in one-way demonstration knife memory mode under Matlab / Simulink environment, and give error curve.The simulation results show that: The comprehensive error of cutting curve tracking is the superposition of error of digital conversion algorithm of roof and tracking error of control system.The digital conversion algorithm of down roof, control system algorithm and its comprehensive error meet the engineering requirements, System design provides the theoretical basis.
