目的分析总结52例结肠癌根治后吻合口复发的原因和多学科综合治疗经验。方法回顾分析2006-06-2010-06华山医院宝山分院共收治52例结肠癌根治术后吻合口局部复发的临床资料。结果 52例吻合口复发的患者,38例再手术治疗,其中27例完整切除复发病灶。结论结肠癌根治术后吻合口复发的原因主要是和肿瘤生物学特性及术者的专业化程度、手术方式及是否采取多学科综合治疗有关。
Objective To analyze and summarize the causes of recurrence of anastomotic stoma in 52 patients with colon cancer after radical resection and the multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2006-06-2010-06 Baoshan branch Huashan Hospital received a total of 52 cases of colon cancer after radical resection of the local recurrence of clinical data. Results 52 patients with anastomotic recurrence, 38 patients re-operation, of which 27 cases of complete resection of the lesion. Conclusion The reason of recurrence of anastomotic stoma after radical resection of colon cancer is mainly related to the biological characteristics of the tumor and the degree of specialization of the surgeon, the operation mode and whether to take multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment.
