观察28只由乌拉坦(0.5~1g/kg)麻醉、自然呼吸的家兔电及化学刺激面神经核背内侧区(nDMF)对呼吸的影响。结果:1.长串刺激(0.05~0.15mA)nDMF对吸气活动有显著易化作用,可引起持续性长吸。2.短串刺激(0.4s,0.1mA)落位于吸气相中,后期可引起吸气时程显著延长,落位于呼气相则诱发吸气提前出现。3.微量注射细胞体兴奋剂谷氨酸钠(MSG27.5%,2μl/30s)于nDMF可引起吸气时程显著延长,吸气时程/呼气时程(Ti/Te)比值增大。4.长串刺激nDMF引起长吸时,四肢肌肌电活动无明显变化。提示:电及化学刺激nDMF可特异性引起长吸,故称此区为“中枢吸气活动发生区”,可能是呼吸节律位相转换神经元回路的一个重要结构。
The effects of noradrenal (0.5-1 g / kg) anesthesia, spontaneous respiration of rabbits and chemical dorsal radicular area (nDMF) on respiration were observed. Long-string stimulation (0.05 ~ 0.15mA) nDMF significantly improve the inspiratory activity, can cause sustained long-term absorption. 2. Short-string stimulation (0.4s, 0.1mA) falls in the inspiratory phase, the latter can cause a significant prolongation of inspiratory time, fall in the expiratory phase of the induced inspiratory appear in advance. Microinjection of cell body stimulant glutamate (MSG27.5%, 2μl / 30s) in nDMF caused a significant prolongation of inspiratory time and increased inspiratory to expiratory time (Ti / Te) ratio . Long-string stimulation nDMF cause long-drawn, limb muscle EMG no significant change. It is suggested that electrical and chemical stimulation of nDMF can induce long-term absorption. Therefore, it is called “central inhalational activity area” and may be an important structure of neuronal circuit of respiratory rhythm phase-transition.
