2010年是云南电网公司“十一五”规划的最后一年,也是衔接“十二五”规划发展的关键一年,公司农电工作面临难得的发展机遇。为了抓住难得的发展机遇,2010年公司农电工作需要着重研究解决好农电工用工机制问题;着重研究并解决好县级供电企业薪酬管理问题;着重研究并解决好农网资产管理和可持续经营的问题。
2010 is the last year of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation’s “Eleventh Five-year Plan” and also a crucial year for the convergence of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. The company’s rural power work faces a rare opportunity for development. In order to seize the rare opportunities for development, in 2010 the company’s rural power needs to focus on research and solve the problem of rural electrician labor mechanism; focus on research and solve the county-level power supply enterprise pay management issues; focus on research and solve the agricultural network asset management and sustainable Business problem.
