目的分析在治疗缓解期老年支气管哮喘患者时采用参蛤散加味对其进行治疗的疗效。方法从2010年8月至2011年10月来我院治疗老年支气管哮喘的患者中随机选取40例,并将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用特布他林对患者进行治疗,而观察组则采用参蛤散加味进行治疗。分别记录两组患者在治疗前和治疗后的肺部功能情况、FEV1值/预计值以及两组患者的治愈情况,将所得的数据进行对比。结果经过一阶段的治疗以后,观察组的患者在肺部功能恢复情况、FRV1值/预计值、治愈率等方面的恢复均好于对照组,且观察组没有出现不良反应。结论在治疗缓解期老年支气管哮喘时采用参蛤散加味的方式有利于患者的恢复,可以更好的恢复患者的肺部功能,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of treating the elderly patients with bronchial asthma by treating the patients with astragalus membranaceus and flavoring the flavors when dressing them. Methods From August 2010 to October 2011, 40 cases of elderly patients with bronchial asthma were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with terbutaline, while patients in the observation group were treated with flavors of clams. The lung function, FEV1 / predicted value, and the cure of both groups were recorded before and after treatment, respectively, and the data obtained were compared. Results After one-stage treatment, the patients in the observation group recovered better than the control group in the recovery of lung function, FRV1 / predicted value and cure rate, and the observation group showed no adverse reactions. Conclusion The treatment of remission in elderly bronchial asthma with the Senate bulk flavoring is conducive to the recovery of patients, can better restore the patient’s lung function, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
