当前,随着国有企业改革的深化,企业转轨建制步伐的加快,经济结构的调整,部分职工下岗成为必然走势,党员职工下岗也就成为正常现象。福州市经委系统共有企业208家,现有下岗职工35500人,其中党员近2000人,约占下岗职工总数6%,这是一支宠大队伍,也是一支重要力量。 企业中的党员,是产业工人的优秀代表,为企业的发展做出过积极的贡献。下岗之后如何加强对他们的管理教育,促使他们保持党员先进性发挥模范作用,是当前加强党的自身建设,推动国企改革,维护社会安定稳定,促进经济快速、健康发展的一项重要工作。 一、摸清下岗职工的党员的思想脉络、群体结构,有的放矢的进行有效的教育 对福州市1个破产3个停产8个半停产企业103名下岗的职工党员的调查表明当前下岗职工的党员思想比较混乱,有的对经济体制改革不理解,思想一时转不过弯来,有的个人生活没有保障对企业又失去信心而有怨言,有的对企业中某领导人作法不满而产生抱怨情绪……总之下岗职工的党员思想问题比较多,也比较复杂,经过认真梳理.笔者认为下岗职工的党员主
