工程图学以培养大学生空间思维及零部件的二维表达为目的。通过投影理论,组合形体在三维与二维空间之间的转变关系清晰明确,但由于空间形体复杂多样,组合形体的二维表达在尺寸标注方面往往存在重复、多余或遗漏尺寸现象。本文以形体分析和空间变换为切入点,深入分析尺寸标注与形体二维表达的共性本质,从中找到解决组合体尺寸标注的方法。最后以具体组合体为例说明本方法的有效性。
Engineering graphics to cultivate students thinking space and the two-dimensional components for the purpose of expression. Through the projection theory, the transformation between the three-dimensional and the two-dimensional space is clear and definite. However, due to the complex and diverse spatial forms, the two-dimensional expression of the composite body often has the phenomenon of repeated, redundant or missing dimensions in the dimensioning. This paper takes shape analysis and spatial transformation as starting points, deeply analyzes the common essence of dimensional annotation and two-dimensional representation of body, and finds the solution to the dimensioning of assembly. Finally, the concrete combination is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
