由于其独特的结构和性能,石墨烯等二维材料成为了目前世界范围的研究焦点。二维材料在水性介质中的制备通常有更好的生产安全性、可操作性和生物相容性。综述了生物分子(蛋白质、核苷酸、多糖,纤维素和胆汁盐等)作为助剂在液相直接剥离和分散制备石墨烯、过渡金属二硫化物、过渡金属氧化物和六方氮化硼等二维材料中的研究进展,指出了生物分子剥离二维材料中需要解决的问题及今后的研究方向。
