本文对在6种不同贮存条件下,伏地肤种子发芽率逐年变化情况的研究表明,伏地肤种子属于短命种子,一年之内种子生活力几乎完全丧失。但低温贮藏可以延长种子寿命,在0℃条件下,种子生活力可保持3年,在-18℃条件下,种子生活力可保存6年。
In this paper, under 6 different storage conditions, the change of germination rate of Vitex koreanum seeds year after year shows that the seeds of Vitis vinifera seedlings are short-lived seeds, and the viability of the seeds is almost completely lost in one year. However, the seed life can be prolonged by low temperature storage. Seed vigor can be maintained at 0 ℃ for 3 years. At -18 ℃, seed vigor can be preserved for 6 years.
