中国海洋石油总公司从今年初开始准备到境外发行上市,用了半年多的时间进行资产重组,实现了油公司、专业公司和基地公司的彻底分离,并在境外正式注册了中国海洋石油有限公司。经过美国石油储量评估机构的评估,该有限公司拥有17亿桶可采储量,目前年产1600万吨原油、40亿立方米天然气,今后5年的油气产量平均将以16％递增。
China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has been preparing for overseas issuance and listing since the beginning of this year. It took more than six months to reorganize its assets and realize the complete separation of oil companies, specialized companies and base companies. CNOOC Ltd. officially registered offshore China National Offshore Oil Co., Ltd. . After the assessment of the United States Petroleum Reserves Evaluation Agency, the Limited has 1.7 billion barrels of recoverable reserves, the current annual output of 16 million tons of crude oil and 4 billion cubic meters of natural gas, oil and gas production in the next 5 years will be an average of 16% increase.
