本文对瘤型(LL)和结核样型(TL)共16例麻风患者的外周神经干病变进行了光镜观察,并对其中6例LL型的尺神经病变作了电镜观察。电镜下可见大片胶原微纤维中稀疏地散布着基板、细胞膜和核被膜基本上完整的神经膜细胞和裸露的无髓鞘神经纤维,其它细胞、毛细血管等少见。遭到严重破坏的神经膜细胞的胞质中主要是不同程度崩解的轴突髓鞘及其崩解产物,其它细胞器少见,仅在低电子密度或电子透明的胞质中见到个别截管状粗面内质网、嵴崩解了的线粒体和一些游离核糖体,有的细胞内还有膜包小体。神经轴突内的神经微丝显著增加。本文对神经膜细胞在麻风外周神经病变中的意义和所发生的变化进行了探讨并提出了自己的见解。
In this study, peripheral nerve stem lesions of 16 leprosy patients with tumor (LL) and tuberculosis (TL) were observed by light microscopy and ulnar nerve lesions of LL type were observed under electron microscope. Electron microscopy showed large collagen microfibrils sparsely distributed in the substrate, the cell membrane and nuclear envelope is basically intact membrane cells and naked myelinated nerve fibers, other cells, capillaries rare. The severely damaged neuronal membrane cytoplasm is mainly different degrees of disintegration of axons myelin and its disintegration products, other organelles rare, only in the low electron density or electron-transparent cytoplasm to see the individual closed tubular Rough endoplasmic reticulum, cristae disintegration of the mitochondria and some free ribosomes, and some cells within the membranous capsule bodies. Neurofilaments within the axons are significantly increased. In this paper, the significance and changes of neural cells in leprosy peripheral neuropathy were discussed and put forward their own views.
