通过60Coγ射线辐照姬松茸菌丝体处理,研究其对子实体中稀土和P,K等矿质元素含量的影响以及相关性。结果表明:60Co辐照导致姬松茸子实体中稀土和P,K等矿质元素的含量发生极显著性变化(P<0.01),而且不同元素含量因辐照剂量不同其相应的变化规律亦各异;其中Pr和Mo含量随辐照剂量的增加而增加,当辐射处理达到一定剂量(1.5 KGy)元素含量又减小;而Yb含量随辐照剂量的增加而减小。K和Cu含量随剂量的变化具有相似的规律,均为先随剂量的增加而减少,当剂量增加到1.5 KGy时,元素含量又增大且大于前3个处理(0,0.5,1.0 KGy)的值。通过相关分析表明,子实体中稀土和P,K等矿质元素含量同辐照剂量存在不同程度的相关关系,而且其稀土与P,K等矿质元素间亦存在不同程度的相关关系,其中Yb含量与辐照剂量间具有良好的线性关系。
