随着社会的进步和时代的发展,医院内部的人力资源管理系统也在不断地完善和升级,人力资源作为为医院创造经济效益的关键要素,与医院的发展息息相关。在竞争日益激烈的大环境下,医院人力资源管理系统仍存在漏洞。本文以医院人力资源管理现状为立足点和出发点,对人力资源系统化管理在医院中的重要作用进行总结和阐述,以提升医院的核心竞争力。
With the progress of society and the development of the times, the human resource management system within the hospital is constantly being perfected and upgraded. As a key element of creating economic benefits for the hospital, human resources are closely linked with the development of the hospital. In an increasingly competitive environment, there are still loopholes in the hospital’s human resources management system. In this paper, the status quo of human resources management in hospitals is taken as the starting point and the starting point. The important role of systematic management of human resources in hospitals is summarized and elaborated to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
