①目的检测神经母细胞瘤P-糖蛋白(P-gp)表达情况并探讨其临床意义。②方法用JSB-1P-gp单克隆抗体SLAB法,测定19例神经母细胞瘤石蜡切片的P-gp表达情况。③结果19例神经母细胞瘤有11例P-gp阳性(57.9%)。术前化疗与术前无化疗的神经母细胞瘤P-gp阳性率间差别有显著性(χ2=4.92,P<0.05)。P-gp阳性组神经母细胞瘤病儿的平均生存时间为323d,阴性组为789d,二者具有明显差异(时序检验,P<0.05)。④结论P-gp表达是神经母细胞瘤产生耐药的原因之一,是预后不良的指标
Objective To detect the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in neuroblastoma and explore its clinical significance. 2 Methods The P-gp expression of paraffin sections from 19 neuroblastoma specimens was determined by JSB-1P-gp monoclonal antibody SLAB method. 3 Results 11 cases of neuroblastoma were P-gp positive (57.9%). Preoperative chemotherapy and preoperative chemotherapy without neuroblastoma P-gp positive rate difference was significant (χ2 = 4.92, P <0.05). The average survival time of children with neuroblastoma in the P-gp-positive group was 323 days, and the negative group was 789 days. There was a significant difference between the two groups (rank test, P<0.05). 4 Conclusions P-gp expression is one of the causes of drug resistance in neuroblastoma and is an indicator of poor prognosis.
