中国系统工程学会交通运输系统工程专业委员会成立大会暨第一次学术讨论会于1989年1月10日～12日在北京北方交通大学举行。 专业委员会顾问,中国交通运输协会副会长雷汀同志参加了会议,并作了运输系统工程与交通运输综合平稳平衡问题的报告;铁道部副部长屠由瑞、交通部副部长郑光迪、建设部副部长周干峙、民航总局局长胡逸洲都派代表参加了大会。 中国系统工程学会常务理事、秘书长顾基发教授和中国科协学会部林振申部长到会祝贺并作了重要讲话。社会经济系统专业委员会、中国铁道学会、铁道运输经济专业委员会、中国港口协会、中国交通运输协会等兄弟学会都派代表参加了会议。
The Founding Conference and the First Symposium of China Society of Systems Engineering Transportation Systems Engineering Committee was held at Beijing Jiaotong University of Communications on January 10-12, 1989. Comrade of the Professional Committee, Comrade Reding, vice chairman of China Transportation Association attended the meeting and made a report on the comprehensive and balanced transportation system engineering and transportation; Tu Yourui, Vice Minister of Ministry of Railways, Zheng Guangdi, Vice Minister of Communications, Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction Zhou Qian Zhi, CAAC Director Hu Yizhou all sent representatives to attend the conference. Professor Gu Jifa, standing director of China Society of Systems Engineering, Secretary-General Gu Jifa, and Minister Lin Zhen-shen of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology Society attended the congratulation and made an important speech. The Societies of Socio-economic Systems Committee, the China Railway Society, the Railway Transport Economic Commission, the China Port Association and the China Transport Association and other fraternal societies all sent representatives to the conference.
