目的:探讨甲状腺激素水平与乳腺癌的发生是否相关。方法:收集2012年8月—2012年11月接受手术治疗的414例乳腺疾病(乳腺良性疾病219例,乳腺癌195例)患者的外周血和基本临床病理资料,检测外周血中总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(total triiodothyronine,TT3)、总甲状腺素(total thyroxine,TT4)、游离T3(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离T4(free thyroxine,FT4)和促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)的水平,比较甲状腺激素水平在乳腺良恶性疾病患者间的差异。结果:年龄、月经状态、生育史、哺乳史、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、TT4和FT4水平在乳腺良性疾病患者与乳腺癌患者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),乳腺癌患者往往年龄较大[比值比(odds ratio,OR)=1.071,95%可信区间(coni dence interval,CI):1.051~1.092,P<0.001]且FT4水平较高(OR=1.237,95%CI:1.091~1.402,P=0.001)。结论:乳腺癌患者TT4和FT4水平较高,FT4高水平可能与乳腺癌的发生有关。
Objective: To investigate whether thyroid hormone level is correlated with the occurrence of breast cancer. Methods: Peripheral blood and basic clinicopathological data of 414 cases of breast disease (219 cases of benign breast disease and 195 cases of breast cancer) underwent surgery from August 2012 to November 2012 were collected. The total triiodothyroid Total triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyroxine (TT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) , Thyroid hormone levels in patients with benign and malignant breast disease differences. Results: The differences of age, menstrual status, birth history, lactation history, body mass index (BMI), TT4 and FT4 levels between patients with benign breast diseases and breast cancer patients were statistically significant (P <0.01) Patients with breast cancer were often older (odds ratio (OR) = 1.071, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.051 to 1.092, P <0.001) and higher FT4 levels (OR = 95% CI: 1.091-1.402, P = 0.001). Conclusion: The levels of TT4 and FT4 in patients with breast cancer are higher, and the high level of FT4 may be related to the occurrence of breast cancer.
